Check in was good. Room was clean but their sooo much noise from everywhere, the park screaming and restaurant neighbours hotel was too loud and singing and music till 12 am , room not sound proof at all, At 7 am i was awake from cleaning stuff talking loud while cleaning and a lotttt of slaming doors as hight sound, too much noise and lound talking at 7 am. In room their is no door for the bathroom, just glass door with no stop and no locks. I told the housekeeping i don't want cleaning for a day and i put do not disturb sign... went to the pool and came back to see that they enter the room and tidy-up the beds. I went to the pool, no place to put my stuff, i ended putting my purse and clothes drinks and all other on floor where their is water, after 2 pm no sun for tanning the building block all the sun. The breakfast was terrible smell of the restaurant was meat and chicken at 9 am no choices just bacon meat boiled eggs fruits.

Bad staff
The staff are very rude, very disappointed in my stay, definitely not 4 star, would not recommend to anyone, I paid for sea view and I had a view of a grave yard, very noisy hotel. The reservation lady just said you paid a cheap price what do you expect but I paid 80 euro a night, it’s kinda standard for a hotel at the end of the season.

Dear Ben as we kindly explained to you at the reception the reservation that we received through expedia and the rate that you have paid for was not for a superior sea view room. In addition the reservations department also explained to you that we do not even list sea view rooms on expedia group therefore a reservation regarding those rooms cannot be processed. Nevertheless customer satisfaction is our higher priority and if we had available sea view rooms we would happily upgrade you without extra charge. Also we offered to issue a full refund which you decided not to accept. We are sorry for the inconvenience that was caused to you and we are looking forward to welcome you again

Excellent hotel in the centre of Ayia Napa. Our room was large, well equipped with modern furniture and spotlessly clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The shower was a delight. We had sea views from our balcony. Breakfast was also excellent and plentiful. Facilities are good, including indoor and outdoor pools and a gym. The only negative was the extra cost if you want to use the room safe or refrigerator, and we couldn't get the air conditioning in our room to work. Did't matter to us as were were only staying for one night, but I do think that these extra charges are petty.

It´s a very new clean Hotel in the middle of Ayia Napa. The hotel staff is amazing, as they are always ready to help you at literally any time of the day. The breakfast is good and has big variety. Next to the Hotel, there is a karaoke bar, which was open until late every day ... And as later it goes, as badder the performances are :D ... and for the morning/mid day treat there's another family hotel next to Tasia Maris, also playing music from 9 or 10 a.m. But ey, its what you get when going to Ayia Napa I guess. Besides that, you can reach the Mainstreet within a 2 minute walk, also the Main Square, where the Party Locations are is just 5 minutes away.

Bra vuxenhotell centralt Aya Napa
Mycket trevligt hotell med vänlig personal! Hotellet är beläget mitt i centrum och nära till busshållplatser, restauranger o barer överallt. En kort promenad ner till hamnen om man vill göra båtutflykter. Vi bodde här 14 nätter och visst, väljer man att bo centralt får man tåla ljud från Karaoke barer mm. till 2 på natten. Tips! Ta med öronproppar om du inte vill vara med o festa varje natt. Fint pool område med solstolar och solsängar. Frukostbuffen är okey, kanske betyg 3 av 5 från oss. Önskvärt, borde vara 2 hissar då det blir lite trängsel och väntan vid frukost tid. Men det går ju att använda trapphuset som ligger i anslutning till hissen och få lite motion samtidigt! Kan tänka mej att bo här igen!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles im Umkreis von max. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert auch für ein verlängertes Weekend. Staff war sehr freundlich. Frühstück absolut ausreichend.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in Ayia Napa. Man hat direkt vor dem Hotel jegliche Restaurants und Bars. Die Anlage ist total sauber und hat einen schönen Pool. Die Lage ist toll, wenn man gerne etwas trubel hat. Es ist trotz der so zentralen Lage immer ruhig gewesen in den Zimmern.

Dejligt hotel, men alt for meget larm!
Dejligt hotel, meget rent og flot vedligeholdt. Der er meget (!!!) larm på hotellet, især om natten. Det samme gælder fra området, hotellet er placeret mellem et stort tivoli og larm fra barer og restauranter. Der bor mange unge englændere og russiske gæster, hvilke bevirker til yderligere larm. Jeg vil ikke anbefale området til en kærestetur, da lokalområdet er præget af høj musik og mange barer, i stedet for hyggelige butikker og restauranter.
