Seten Restaurant was fantastic for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. "The owner of the hotel Azat nearly waited on us hand and foot. He went so far out of his way to provide excellent service, he made us feel like kings and queens. He, himself, carried a whole case of water into my room. Not only did he make arrangements for transportation but he or one of his staff would park my rental car. I’ve never experienced such personal assistance or customer service at another hotel. There was absolutely nothing more he could’ve done to make us feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. I would definitely return for the hospitality. "
