Spacious apartments in a completely renovated historical building 30 meters from the Guadiana River and at the foot of the Villa, the most typical and oldest neighborhood of Ayamonte. A pleasant 5-minute walk along the new river boulevard takes you to the heart of the city, where you will find the best restaurants and bars, the beautiful Plaza de la Laguna and Plaza La Ribera as well as the lively atmosphere of the streets of the pedestrian center, next to the marina. 10 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches of Isla Canela and Punta Del Moral, which can also be reached by bike path directly from the house. Across the nearby international bridge, the Portuguese Algarve is a 10-minute drive away.

Great property. Perfect location.
Impressed with attention to detail. As a retired corporate hotel manager, I notice the little things. Property impeccably restored and Cliff the host was delightful and communicative with great local suggestions. Would recommend anyone to enjoy this property.

We had a fantastic time at the Casa Verde in Ayamonte. The property is beautifully decorated and spotless with all the amenities that one may require on a holiday. The house is less than 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of town, and this is a plus as in this area it is possible to easily find a place to park and enjoy a very quiet stay. Cliff is a wonderful host very accommodating and very helpful. The nearby beaches are fantastic and the Algarve is 10 minutes’ drive from Ayamonte. Highly recommended.
