"Hotel com excelente localização,quarto e banheiro limpos, televisão e ar condicionado funcionando. O ponto negativo que foi pra nois e que não foi bem do jeito que mostrou na foto, achavamos que ia ficar de frente para o estacionamento no segundo piso e na sacada teria a mesinha com cadeiras pra descanso, infelizmente não foi assim,até conversei com o rapaz da recepção me falaram em um outro na parte de cima mas não seria do jeito que descrevi. Ficou difícil um pouco na hora da alimentação pois...

Cleaning, staff, breakfast, pool, terrible beds, nos bed sheets, no food pillows, nobody cares for the passengers staying there… they sales the property as 3* but in the real world is a 1*… I didn't get relocation, and I expect at least a refund of part of my money by Expedia side. I paid for a 3-star hotel and received 1-star services. As a travel agent, it's a disgrace. I would never sell something like this to my clients."

"O hotel tem ótimas instalações de área comum, os quartos têm bom tamanho, as funcionárias e funcionários são ótimos! A tapioca deliciosa feita na hora pela Nilda deixou o café da manhã ainda mais gostoso e acolhedor! Adoramos ficar no hotel!"

"Beach across street was super nice, safe and very convenient area, staff was friendly and food was good for the price we paid. Bought half board, but when we checked in was told it wasn’t on the system, we were allowed to have dinner, but it took 3 days to have our name on the list, kind of embarrassing. 2 of the 3 pools including the kids pool was very dirty the last 2 days of our stay. Housekeeping made us very special decorating our room, very sweet, special thanks to Mayane. I would go back...

"Decepcionante: Ficamos 02 dias sem limpeza no quarto, tendo que quase implorar a limpeza. Mesmo qdo foram limpar, so arrumaram as camas, o banheiro estava muito sujo. Porta da varanda nao trancava, tendo que improvisar segurança. Cafe da manha sem opções. "

"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."
