Faço minha avaliação com base na experiência de uma pessoa que estava viajando sozinha com o intuito de comemorar seu aniversário e as festas de fim de ano, diante disso, achei a estrutura do hotel boa, no entanto, serviços como internet não funcionava a maior parte do tempo, a academia estava em reforma e os funcionários da recepção hostis que chegaram até a duvidar se eu estava hospedado no hotel solicitando a confirmação da minha estadia usando o argumento que estavam conferindo a estadia dos hóspedes fora a sensação que tive de que mexeram nas minhas cosias. Outro ponto importante foi as informações do quarto no Expedia não estarem muito claras, havia reservado o quarto triplo superior acreditando que era um quarto na parte do andar de cima com vista para a piscina, porém ao chegar disseram que “superior” é a categoria do quarto e não ele estar no andar de cima e a vista da varanda era para os outros quartos, o que gerou mais frustração, entrei no site do hotel e realmente o quarto triplo superior deveria ter a diferenciação mais clara no Expedia assim como está no site do hotel e não estava, para finalizar, fiquei 5 dias no hotel e achei os hóspedes barulhentos. É um lugar que deveria ser exclusivo para famílias e não aceitar viajantes sozinhos para evitar esse tipo de desconforto. Reforço que o texto foi com base em minha experiência individual ao longo da estadia e concluo dizendo que foi o pior lugar em que já me hospedei na vida e com certeza não pretendo voltar.

O melhor da estadia foi a recepção ao fazer o check in e o café da manhã, o restante foi terrível. Quarto com cheiro de mofo, banheiro com chuveiro péssimo, roupas de cama com cheiro de pó, a situação do banheiro péssima (pintura descascando, teto mofado), e atendimento no período da noite horrível (havia uma televisão na recepção, pedi educadamente para o rapaz que estava na recepção para colocar em um canal, ele disse que a TV tinha apenas aquele canal que estava, uma mentira, por sinal). Não recomendarei a ninguém, se pudesse, pediria meu dinheiro de volta.

Hospedagem perfeita. Levei meus pais pra conhecer Porto Seguro e não poderia terr escolhido um hotel melhor. Instalações impecáveis, tanto nas áreas conuns, destacando as piscinas bem cuidadas; bem como nós quartos limpos e bem cuidados, com a limpeza diária, mesmo sem termos solicitado Esse ponto nos leva ao staff sempre pronto a atender e todos muito gentis. Por último quero destacar o café da manhã bem completo, que atende bem as necessidades do inicio do dia..Enfim uma ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo o hotel e voltarei a me hospedar novamente no mesmo.

Foram dias incríveis no Hotel Ramada, nada a reclamar. Desde a chegada ate nossa saída, colaboradores muito atenciosos e educados, conheci o Flavio que trabalha na cozinha servindo o cafe da manhã, muito simpático e solicito, cafe maravilhoso, piscina e sauna maravilhosa, e o quarto muito bom e cama super confortável, adorei tudo, e a localização e excelente! Estive no Ramada de Recife e estou decepcionada pq aqui em Porto Seguro não tem a metade do conforto e do luxo de Recife. O quarto qd chegamos estava sujo e o controle do ar condicionado não funcionou na primeira noite, mas resolveram o problema no dia seguinte.

O hotel é incrível! A área externa maravilhosa e bem cuidada, os quartos amplos e limpos , o café da manhã com variedade e reposição durante todo o tempo. A localização do hotel também é muito boa: pertinho de supermercado, farmácias, restaurantes e de frente à praia. Os funcionários também são muito educados.
