Booked a club room so had free breakfast.Cooked options limited but nice fruit, pastries and coffee.Unlimited free water and soft drinks.Free drinks and snacks for 2 hours ( 2 glasses of wine or beer). Nice club room for breakfast. Convenient for transport links to sights. About 35 mins to 1 hour to airport depending on traffic

Property was clean; the cafe offers free snacks/coffee/juice 24/7, a perk we weren't around enough to avail. We did get a sandwich and a soup one of the days; they were good. It is conveniently located and walkable to Belles Artes on one side and the Templo Mayor Plaza on the other. It was also easy to hail Uber rides from there. The Expedia VIP offer of a wine bottle was in our room when we got to our room. Since we went to bed early that first night, we didn't consume it then. But when we returned from our sight-seeing the next day, the wine bottle was gone! We did bring this to the concierge's attention, but the bottle was never replaced.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect.

Everything you need is walking distance. No need to have a car.

The room was very clean and the staff were so kind and helpful! I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I’ll absolutely be staying here when I return. My only critique is the free continental breakfast. Only coffee/tea, a small pastry and oatmeal is included. There are other options available at a fee. I don’t eat oatmeal so I ordered a yogurt and granola bowl but with such minimal options the free continental breakfast feels misleading and a bit underwhelming. But there is so much incredible food around so that’s only a small flaw. You can’t beat the service!
