In the house: storage room for bicycles. Motor access to the house. Single garage. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 100 m. Walking paths from the house 6 km, gondola lift 6 km, skisport facilities 6 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 15 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rangger Köpfl 6 km, Axamer Lizum 10 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Natterer See 9 km, Innsbrucker Baggersee 20 km, Wildsee Seefeld 20 km.
