"A great little apartment in the heart of Avranches. Clean, quiet and well equipped, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, a portable A/C in the living room. No A/C upstairs and it can get very hot.The apartment is on the first floor with stairs, and then the stairs to the kids bedroom are steep.Easy access by car from the A84 highway, free street parking at night and free unlimited parking at the church 1 block away. Quick access by car to the Mont Saint-Michel, and other touristic areas....

"Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé, le jacuzzi est un avantage mais la filtration fait beaucoup de bruit, il faudrait aussi un mode d'emploi pour le jacuzzi.On peut regretter des oreillers qui sentent mauvais et l'alarme incendie au dessus de vous quand vous êtes au lit.L'hôte est très réactif et de contact très agréable."

"L'appartement est magnifiquement bien décoré, très design, avec 2 salles de bain cuisine et terrasse, trés trés propre, 6 couchages possible, le canapé lit du salon est un vrai matelas 2 places, Mathieu est un hôte trés agréable à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rapidement ! "
