"The facility was nice but the toilet didn’t flush well. I told the front desk but they didn’t seem too interested when I said it eventually went down but it took time and multiple times each flush, never really fully flushed."

"We were not happy at all! The price was increased due to Savanna Banana Ball event in the area. I paid for a balcony room that ended up being filthy with a mound of cigarette butts and dirt swept into the corner with tons of black marks on the walls from putting cigarettes out on them which it is a smoke free facility supposedly and only one chair instead of two on the balcony as shown. Dried food on the wall by the inside garbage can, no garbage bags in the cans. Black Mold under both soap holders in the shower. The pool wasnt working which we were looking forward to swimming. The bar/restaurant was not open Friday and only for a very brief time on Saturday. I was unable to use any of the amenities that I paid for. The check in front desk employee was nice. Over all not satisfied at all!! I only stayed because my money was non refundable! I would NOT recommend nor would I ever stay again!!! Very unsatisfied!!!!"

"Check in was quick and done with a smile. The room, however, was not as pleasant: the curtains had lots of holes (when I took a picture of it and showed it to a staff member, even she was taken back), the fitted sheets on the bed were extremely pilly so they were rough in spots, the toilet paper was difficult to locate AND TO REACH, and the walls were paper thin. I could hear word for word what was on my neighbor's TV because their TV was placed against the same wall as the head of my bed. I mentioned the hole-y curtains and the thin walls to the front desk before I went out for dinner. The employee was concerned about this and said she would call my neighbor to ask them to turn down the volume. I said it was not necessary since I was going out, but it seems she did it anyway because when I returned, the neighbor's TV was at a tolerable level. When I was sleeping, the neighbor began to talk and sing in her sleep. It continued all night long so I had no choice but to ask for my room to be changed. The front desk did so immediately. Even though, the condition of the hotel wasn't stellar, the service was wonderful. Perks were free breakfast and EV charger. Good price if you are looking for a clean, friendly place, and the basics."

"Clean, newly renovated but bathroom needed some attention (ceiling damage in bathroom from some apparent plumbing issue in the room upstairs & the shower curtain rod was an eye sore—poorly installed/fixed). There was plenty of parking, but no parking tags were issued though so anyone could park there I guess (not just guests). And that I see as a security issue. And during our brief 1 night stay, other guests (in rooms right next to us) were “partying” till wee hours of the morning & I needed to tell them about it. We almost went home at 2am instead of staying the rest of the night. (I should’ve called the front desk I suppose, but after I told the guests about it, it was better & I was eventually able to fall asleep!!). I gave a 4 rating however because it was so clean, up to date & the lady at the front desk was great & very friendly! Would go back again & give it another “chance”."
