"The apartment is in a superb location in Avoriaz and as were were travelling with two young children this was a priority. However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. Putting that to one side we could have lived with the size if it had been clean. When we arrived the flat really spelt terribly of...

"The apartment was clean and neat. Staff were friendly. Stay was very comfortable Should have added more plugs. No place to plug on the toaster/kettle. You have to unplug the tv/light to plug them in and keep them on floor The main issue was there was no wifi. We booked through hotels.com who told there was free wifi. But the receptionist told the details were not changed even though it was informed several times."

"Amazing view from the room. Room very basic, but functional. Bed sheets clean. Cleaning was not well done and we had to vacuum the first thing at arrival. We even found an orange left from previous customers under the kitchen bench. Ski in - ski out very nice! Thanks to the public elevators, all village services were easily accessible."

"Neat layout with folding beds, easy check-in, super close to the button lift and amenities. Beautiful views from the balcony. Would have been good if the requirement to bring your own linen was clearer as we only spotted it at the last minute as it's in French outside of the main section (the rest of the listing was in English). Really enjoyed the stay though."
