About this property

Saint James Place 329

  • This marvelous mountain retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with a gas fireplace, a premium kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table for six. Additional features include three guest suites, two with an attached bathroom (primary has a king size bed and soaker tub, secondary has two queen beds, and the third suite has two twin beds), there is also a living room with a queen and twin sleeper sofa, ceiling fans, and a washer/dryer closet.

    Guests will enjoy views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the Village and base of Beaver Creek Mountain. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and sauna are also available.

    We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
