Large one bedroom, two bath corner unit with a beautiful view with nearby sounds of the rushing creek. It is a five minute walk to Beaver Creek Village, restaurants, ice skating rink, shops, a variety of activities and all of the action. There is a nearby playground for smaller children across the creek.

The unit is immaculate, maintained, updated yearly, well stocked and offers the necessities and has many amenities. The comfortable queen sleeper in the living room will accommodate additional guest(s). The complex has a hot tub and there is a free shuttle available to all guests for Beaver Creek and Batchelor Gulch outings.

This is a perfect place for short or long, business and/or pleasure visits. The unit is well equipped to accommodate any of these reasons.

Great place! Perfect location to the village and the trail heads with in walking distance. Bed very comfortable and hot shower was the best. The balcony view was wonderful to seat on everyday. It’s a corner condo made it even better.

Great ski in, ski out property in the heart of Beaver Creek. Condo is thoughtfully stocked - there is a great pantry that the owners keep stocked, as well as a natural wood fireplace that makes it feel as cozy as home. Perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

Excellent condo and location

The condo is great. The fact that it is a corner unit is a real plus. It lets in a lot more light, and provides much better views. For a one bedroom it is very large. A short walk to the ski village, and very convenient ski in ski out. There is a shuttle bus that can take you almost any where in town.

Great location and beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our 4 night stay with all the comforts of home. Good location, very peaceful building and area walking distance to shops and restaurants. We went for a fall mountaintop wedding but this will be a great winter ski in/out location. Golf and horseback riding very close.

The unit was perfect for my wife and I. We both had our own bathroom. Unit was very comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was spectacular. Location on the creek and just down from the village was excellent.

Nice Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed staying in this unit a lot! It was a short walk to the village a ski in/ski out. There is a little road to take down to the unit below Strawberry lift and Elkhorn lift to take up the mountain. It was quiet and everything was clean. Pretty views too!

Great unit, great location

The condo is very convenient to the Elkhorn lift, just a few steps to ski to the lift. Ski in right to the condo. It is also very close to the ski village, maybe 25 yards to the village entrance of shops and restaurants. It is in great shape.

Spacious and Well Equipped Condo in a Great Location

The place was beautiful and had plenty of space for our family of 4. We were able to ski in and out of the condo via the Elkhorn lift despite the late season warm weather. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for great week skiing. The village was within a 5 minute walk as well which was very convenient. We would defintely recommend this property and its management.

This is a nice corner condo. Windows and patio doors open to trees, and you can hear the creek gurgling nearby. Furnishings are good and condo was well-stocked. Everything was clean. This is a relaxing, comfortable place to stay.

We Love it here!

We found this lovely unit about 3 years ago and this was our 3rd visit. We just love everything about it. As everyone else mentioned the owner thinks of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfy as possible. Communication is seamless and quick. We hated to leave but BC is only 2 hours away so we will be back!

Perfection in Every Way

This condo is an absolute dream! Location is a short walk from the BC village and from the private balcony, there are beautiful views of the Aspens/Pines as well as the sounds of the creek below. The condo is extremely well maintained, comfortably furnished & well stocked. This was our third stay and we are already looking forward to booking our "second home" again.

Ski Weekend Retreat

Our family of four stayed at this location and really enjoyed it. It was clean, accurately represented and an easy walk to the village. Close enough that you can carry your skis with you reasonably comfortably. The highlight was the hot tub - which can often be overcrowded on ski weekends - as it was always available. My kids looked forward to it each day. Thank you so much!
