This three-story home is spacious and comfortable. The top floor features the formal dining room, kitchen, wet bar, and living room. To the side is the primary bedroom with en suite bathroom which includes a steam shower, heated floors and tub. On the main floor, there are three additional bedrooms. One features a queen bed and the other bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. The third bedroom has a king bed.

The bottom floor has a beautiful theatre and game room with a brand new RH cloud couch. There are two additional guest bedrooms on this floor. One includes a twin over a queen bunk bed and the other is a junior primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity and newly remodeled twin-head shower.

Guests can park one vehicle inside the garage and one additional outside.

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Non-refundable Fees
