In the heart of Avon -walk to restaurants & gondola! Immaculate 2bed/2bath

  • Located in the heart of Avon, this fabulous newly-constructed two bedroom mountain getaway has all of the amenities of home... plus great views of Beaver Creek Mountain!

    Pamper yourself with the convenience of some of the best restaurants and shopping in the Vail Valley. New furnishings, designer decor, new carpet, gas fireplace, balcony and patio furniture. Wireless internet service. Cable TV in every room, there is a DVD in the family room and each bedroom. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa and a washer and dryer is located in the Condo.

    The master bedroom features a KING bed and private bathroom with jetted tub and double sink... plus a private entrance to the balcony. TWO QUEEN beds are provided in the spacious guest bedroom - perfect for a family - with a private entrance to the adjoining bathroom. Plenty of towels are provided along with bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and full-size blowdryers in each bathroom.

    The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, crock pot, blender, toaster and all the gadgets and serving pieces you can imagine).

    A full-size front load washer and dryer are located in the condo with laundry detergent, dryer sheets and stain remover.

    An underground, heated garage provides parking, locking ski storage for the unit, and bike storage. This unit is one of the few units in the Vail Valley to offer AIR CONDITIONING -- a great option to have on a hot summer day!

Perfect ski weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing with my family - the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the condo, and everything was location in convenient proximity to the slopes and/ or to bus stops to get there!

Great condo in Avon. Underground parking super clutch. Fast wifi. Stocked kitchen with all sorts of pans, containers, and loads of what you need. Comfy beds and linnens. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great ski location.

This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location to catch the ski shuttle up to Beavercreek. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Shopping is right across the street and restaurants are within very close walking distance. We will stay here often. The host is very responsive.

Nice place that is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to catch the Skier Express bus (free shuttle). It was nice to have reserved garage parking. Owner's information for access and surrounding area was plentiful and detailed.

Second year in a row

This was the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. The size of the condo is great, and the location has many things going for it: close to local food options, close to grocery store, close to ski rental store (Christy Sports), and maybe best of all, it is the 3rd stop on the Skier Bus Route, so you get on before the stops which have MANY people board at once.The garage parking is also a great amenity!

Spring Break - ski trip

This is a great middle location between Beaver Creek (less than 2 miles away) and Vail (less than 8 miles away). It is on the shuttle route and Avon is a fun town with everything you would need and bonus, a great pizza place within walking distance. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jetted tub after long skiing days. Highly recommend!

Salvaged our cancelled Alaskan Cruise

Property was just liked the listing stated and had everything we needed for our last minute booking and it was clean. Lorna was very helpful and I will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. The property is in a great central location to enjoy the whole area. Summer visit to Beaver Creek

Very quiet condos. We walked to Avon Tennis courts, grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Beaver Creek Resort has free parking in the summer so we didn’t have to take the shuttle. The condo had everything we needed for cooking and making morning coffee. My husband and I would stay here again if available.

The stay was enjoyable, the condo was clean. The only issue was the first night, it was extremely hot in the building, as well as in our condo. There was an AC, but it was more like a hotel AC unit and only cooled the living room. Being from TX, one of the prerequesites was it must have AC. This was a perfect condo for our family, we have two tall teens, so it was great that they had their own beds. I like the lockers that they had, the access from garage to condo was great. Location was good. The description said, new building, however, the building, and unit seem to be older, that was the only thing that I noticed..

Family ski vacation

The condo is in a wonderful location. Maybe a little far to walk with skis to the gondola but there is a shuttle you can catch or you can drive to one of the public lots. It is an older unit but clean and very well appointed. Our door code didn't work initially but Lorna took care of it right away. No complaints and will go back again!

Lovely apartment, conveniently located

Warm, homey apartment. A cook’s kitchen, completely kitted out with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want, including a five-burner gas stove. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, from cheap-and-cheerful to white-tablecloth. Perfect for skiers or snow boarders with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. A 10-minute walk to the gondola or a 100-meter walk to the ski shuttle bus. Good value-for-money toward the end of the ski season when I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

We loved this property. The underground parking is a plus (assuming you registered your car online properly. If you follow owners instructions especially length of time to show you will be fine. If not you could be billed, but parking company will remove it with proof of stay). Being seniors, the garage parking was a major plus in renting as no steps/stairs. The owner was very responsive in our inquiries. Everything was lovely. The month of July, we hardly used the air conditioner in unit as we liked fresh air and opened balcony door and windows. At night with only window open the fan going was very comfortable as well. The coffee table lifts up and becomes your dining table. It worked great since no “dining room table”. The place is just as pictured. We would not hesitate to go back.
