Perfect place to break up the drive between Edmonton and Vancouver. Immaculately clean, comfortable, excellent for the price. Just one caution, that is, there’s only one restaurant nearby and it is open at irregular times. Maybe best to phone ahead

Trravelling home to Nanaimo and I needed a place to stay overnight. Everything was full in the town where I stopped for gas and Expedia found this hotel 20 minutes down the road. Friendly staff, who kindly stayed up for my arrival. Comfortable and tidy rooms. I had a great sleep before hitting the road the next moring.

Avola is a miniscule town, so it was nice to find a hotel there, even if there are virtually no options for eating. The owners were very pleasant and very helpful. Very nice people to deal with. The room was everything it promised to be. It had a decent sized fridge, a couch, coffee table and while it was a bit crowded with 3 of us in there, it would be perfect for 2. Reasonably priced, which was great, too.

This stay was a pleasant surprise from other stays along the route. Staff was friendly and kept up the rooms beautifully. The owner should really try and keep thos couple as they take pride in their work. This is a remote location and somehow Avola needs to get some more shops and restaurants. Beautiful location and great job on the rooms. Ps coffee in the rooms would be great

Nice check in staff, very basic but clean room, but paper thin walls so much so that you could hear people next door and outside talking at normal volume. Had to ask for plastic cups to brush our teeth( not supplied in the room) also a train runs very close by several times a night.

Clean, Spacious, Totally worth the price!!!!

This seat was perfect. The kind old lady stayed up very late to ensure that we were checked in, despite the fact that we couldn't give her a heads up due to spotty networks. The place was clean, spacious, loved the small details like areas to put shoes on and all, for the price we paid.
