It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 135 m² including a terrace. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and fireplace (firewood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, three coffee machines (Nespresso, filter and bean-to-cup), etc.
- A bathroom (with shower and bath)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, griddle, fan, iron.

Outdoors:
- A 10 m² private swimming pool (unheated), open from 1 May to 19 September
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of approximately 100 m², facing south
- A south-facing terrace of approximately 20 m², with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Avignon, a 10-minute walk from the ramparts and a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Papes.
