Au cœur du centre historique d'Avignon, appartement idéalement située (Rue Petit Limas) proche du Palais des Papes et à proximité du Pont d’Avignon, musées, théâtres, shopping, alimentations, pharmacie et toutes commodités. Entièrement rénové en 2022, il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour accueillir confortablement 4 personnes.

Comfortable apartment, spacious, light, airy. Easy access to all sights and regional transportation. Lovely intramuros location, facing a school. Courtyard balcony is a plus! Bed and furnishings comfortable. Host is attentive and helpful. Accurate description of property and flawless check-in and check-out lead me to recommend this property without hesitation.

EXCELLENT Apartment

Perfect location -- unassuming and quiet block VERY close to everything. The apartment is very well furnished, modern (air conditioned with an elevator) and spacious. We are very happy with this choice and would try to stay here or another property managed by Franck.

Perfect spot in Avignon

Really lovely roomy comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood but centrally located.It was very clean and had every amenity you could want. Comfortable bed. Nice little balcony.The only thing I would say and not the fault of the host was that it’s hard to get a taxi if you need one and you don’t speak French. Perhaps the host could include some advice about that or I could learn French!

Great location, 15 minute walk to train station. We used train to visit Nîmes and Arles for day tours. Frank's place was very well appointed, comfortable bed, tasteful decor, very quiet, bathtub and shower, separate toilet. Small balcony, nice spot for snacks and wine at the end of day. Newly renovated so great elevator, lots of electrical outlets, wifi was good. We mostly ate out, so kitchen was for breakfast and coffee.Note: In October, when we were there, most stores and restaurants were closed on Sunday. Beware. Exceeded our expectations and would go again.

Tre bien

Great unit in the heart of the city. Franck was a terrific host and greeted us upon our arrival and when we had an issue with the AC pop up, he came right over and addressed it. The unit is nicely done and includes all the amenities you need as well as recommendations from Franck himself on good places to eat and go. If you are looking for a great unit in the middle of everything, absolutely recommend this one.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le coquet appartement de Franck à Avignon! Franck a réorganisé son horaire car notre train etait en retard et il a repondu à toutes nos questions avec bonhumeur! Nous le recommandons chaleureusement!

Escapade en Avignon

Séjour et météo agréables, l'appartement est très bien situé et très correctement équipé. La salle de bain est un peu exiguë et il manque clairement une tablette autour ou à côté du lavabo. L'utilisation de la télévision via la box est loin d'être pratique, il manque de toute évidence le mide d'emploi.
