"Perfect location between la Tour Eiffel and l'Arc de Triomphe! Quiet location, but several restarurants nearby, including one at the corner, next to the apartment entrance. It's quiet, but not too quiet in this neighborhood! The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The stairs weren't too difficult to climb with our suitcases (no elevator). I only wish there were a little balcony. The layout of the apartment is efficient and takes advantage of every inch of space."

This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. A metro stop providing easy access to the rest of the city is just half a block away. There are also two lovely parks nearby with benches for sitting within naturally...
