"Empfang und Verabschiedung durch den Dienstleister war zuverlässig – erfolgte auf Englisch.Lage der Wohnung war sehr gut, ruhiger Bezirk, elfte Etage. Einrichtung und Zustand typisch französisch. Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Töpfe zum Kochen nicht zu gebrauchen. Ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Leute, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem kleinen Bett und das weitere Schlafzimmer war die aufgeklappte Couch im Wohnzimmer. Eine Balkontür war nur mit Klebeband fixiert, durfte nicht geöffnet werden. Die Innentüren...

"A lot of space. Light and airy with a funky feel. The smallest lift in the city. One person, one bag and a note stating the fine you’d be assessed if it broke down while you were in it and violating the rules. Tough if you’re a family and on the 6th floor. Burned out light in a bedroom closet. One floor lamp could not be switched on (or was it off). Paint peeling from the trim. One bedroom vanity drawer kept falling out. Check in was difficult. A simple text with the appropriate codes would have...

There are very good transport links and good local amenities with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is a very short walk away. The owner/management kept us updated of how to access the property with short videos etc which was very helpful."
