"At the breakfast buffet, I noticed a child cough in his hands and touch several pieces of bread with the hand that he coughed in. I immediately went and told the hostess so that she can replace the bread. She casually walked over to the basket and went into the back. She said something to a gentlemen and then went back to the hostess stand. She never replaced the bread. This is unsanitary practices and could get everyone sick. If it wasn’t for that, everything would have been great! The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa was excellent, and my room was clean and modern. "

"This was my second stay at Hotel White Lisboa, and once again it exceeded expectations. The staff is truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the hotel’s biggest conveniences is its unbeatable location, with an underground metro station just steps from the front entrance. Downtown Lisbon is also easily accessible, with an Uber ride taking about 10 minutes. A comfortable, well-situated hotel with outstanding service."
