Very central. Easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful even offering biscuits and water for the journey as we were leaving. Excellent buffet choice of breakfast and option to order from a menu. Being offered a snack (cake) late afternoon every day we were there and a cocktail and cheeseboard one evening were unexpected bonuses.

We like everything about this little hotel. It has all the amenities a big hotel would have including a nice spa ,indoor outdoor pool., in our opinion this is a five star plus hotel. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They made you feel like you were the only people in the hotel with very personal service.. We would absolutely recommend this place.

First off, the staff...this might be the best staff my wifeband I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was top tier! Then our room was immaculate, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed and linens were perfect so that we could fall asleep after a long trip from the US (or a day walking around the very walkable city of Aveiro)

This hotel was a perfect gem, small enough to feel intimate and offering impeccable service, but large enough to offer beautiful pool and spa spaces. We loved exploring Aveiro one day and having a lazy hotel day the next, when we took advantage of both pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and sensorial shower! The restaurant experience exceeded our expectations, with excellent service, 6 delicious "moments", and perfect wine pairings. Should the opportunity arise, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I would highly recommend that other travellers to Portugal take the time to visit Aveiro and enjoy a stay at this wonderful hotel. Our only regret was that our itinerary dictated a two night stay and we all wished we had another night or two to enjoy the city and this beautiful hotel!
