Catalina Is. Home close to Beach

Enjoy our second home as your vacation home for your visit to Catalina, with walking distance to all the fun activities. Three bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs), 2 1/4 bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kurig and a washer/dryer. We truly enjoy sipping coffee on the master suite balcony.
The open floor plan on the first floor allows time enjoy family or catch up on your sports on the Smart TVs. There is also spaces in the house to sit by yourself and finish that book you just started. The balcony off the 2nd floor master bedroom and the large front porch are great places to watch the world go by.

Excellent stay

The property is just what we needed. A lot of beds and bathrooms. Close to Vons and the main shopping area. Loved the stay and will definitely be going back.

Wonderful stay on Sumner Ave! House was clean, Alison was super easy to communicate with and we were close to everything! We will be back! No spa, as mentioned in the posting but the ocean is just a few blocks away.

Perfect Location, Helpful Host

Our group of 8 slept easily in this home, and we were thrilled by the location. Everything was so walkable, just blocks from the beach and very close to the Vons. Our host was easily accessible and very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much.
