This is a very spacious two bedroom end villa with a wrap-around balcony that offers great ocean and outdoor views. Step down to the living room from dining area, and step down to a den area in the master suite. Two electric fireplaces, one in the living room and one on the master bedroom. Wireless internet available. 52-inch flat panel TV and Blu-ray DVD player in the living room, as well as a flat panel TV in each bedroom. Just 27 steps to the road and a total of 1300 sq. ft. H1782 | | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations. ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Short get away to amazing destination. Property had everything we needed to take full advantage of the island. Information, golf cart and everything we could have wanted.

Nice place to stay

We very much enjoyed the location, the view, and the amenities. We had not driven a golf cart before, or put gas in one, and could have used more instruction (the instruction sticker on the cart was half worn off; the property manager gave us a form that referred to a separate set of golf cart instructions —but did not give us a copy of those instructions). As others have observed, there are small ants in the condo, but only along the edges of the walls. They did not bother us. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful, peaceful and comfortable. The only issue was gaining access. We were dropped off with our bags on a lower level for access to our unit. It was 100 steps uphill. All ladies 65 and older. Ended up figuring out access from the upper road. Half as many steps. Even with the video the key box was a challenge with arthritis fingers. Digital access would be better. It was wonderful after all that.

Amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view was fantastic, the beds very comfortable, and there were even golf clubs and balls for us to enjoy the 18 hole putting green. Highly recommend!

Spectacular views. Very private, nice and quiet property. The kids enjoyed the pool and the 18 hole putt golf. Golf cart ride to Avalon strip is about 8 minutes.

Birthday getaway

We were misled by the location of the property. The house icon showed it was downtown. It was not the golf cart that came with the property. Had one headlight the side panels were torn and it was questionable each time coming up the hill if it would make it, the property was dirty, the chase lounges were torn, and the French doors were broken and didn’t open correctly. Very disappointing I must say. If this helps anyone looking at this property to avoid it, I would if I were you.

Amazing Property

The view was spectacular! Access to all the amenities was seamless. The golf cart was spacious for 4. The drive into town is very scenic, you can even stop along the way to feed the deer family or you can enjoy a ride on the Zipline. We’ll definitely be back!

Property was good but for how expensive it is, the rules are not reasonable. You have to clean the place up yourself while paying a premium, check in times not flexible, they won’t hold your bags.

I love Hamilton Cove and was anxious to stay there again however the unit was disappointing

The patio had patio fans stacked on it looking like a work in progress. The bedspreads looked like they were not washed after each visit. They should use washable duvets as no-one wants bedding used by someone else. The towels were just placed on the bar. They were mismatched and dingy. Overall it looked like no one was checking and correcting problems. Doors were not working properly. I am also used to some coffee to be available. It was definitely not worth the money. The golf cart needs to be serviced.
