  • For the perfect family vacation La Casa de Loro (The Parrot House), at Bahia Vista, offers all the amenities you could want in a condo made for the island life. A-04 is the perfect tropical paradise home away from home “getaway”. Newly painted downstairs, beautiful tile floors throughout and the expanded fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place for entertaining utilizing the spacious living area which includes wet bar, dining room, living room with fireplace, a 42-inch flat panel TV and access to a private balcony with BBQ (new grill - May 2019). There is additional sleeping space a custom built daybed under the staircase as well as a queen sofa sleeper. For the golfer in the family there is a custom storage area set aside to store your golf clubs.
    The upstairs includes the master suite with attached bath and guest bedroom with a small garden facing balcony and a full bath in the hallway next to the stacked washer/dryer. Each room has a 26-inch flat panel TV with DVD player and ample closet space. This vacation home sleeps 6. Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. A04

    This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

    ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.**
    This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups.
    NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules.
    You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
    Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.
