Great value for the price. Small, clean and well-loved classic Catalina cottage. Walk through first bedroom (continental bunk beds & double bed) to get to second bedroom (double bed). Has a small front porch with street-side seating, and a small, sunny, and private backyard. Washer and dryer included.
