River Retreat

Cozy cabin situated on the Grand River, next to the Metro Parks with canoe and kayak access. Indulge in the area's many local wineries and covered bridges. Close proximity to Spire and Lake Erie. Either relax in the back yard around the fire pit or enjoy the screened in porch overlooking the Grand River. Have the best of both worlds, go out for an exciting day and come back to enjoy the quite country!

Girl's Winery Weekend
5 of us stayed for one night. It was so cute and cozy. They left fruit and water for us which was very sweet! We brought coffee for a regular coffee pot but only found a Keurig. Thank goodness there were also k cups. Loved this place and would stay again!

Wonderful Experience
We stayed at the River Retreat for a Fall Girls Birthday Weekend. The house is adorable! Well maintained and well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches! There’s was a bottle of Ferantti wine in the fridge with a Happy Birthday bow and sign! What a nice touch! Great communication. Everything was clean. The yard is beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous! 15 minutes to the wineries and 20 minutes to Geneva-on-the Lake. We will be back again!

Sweet little cabin
Overall i really liked the cabin. It was easy to get to, very clean, inviting with plenty of room for 5 adults. Kitchen amenities were great and host even left fuxing for smores.
