"It was a perfect spot for me...I was traveling alone so the ease of hotel proximity to the airport was great... also a nice little bar where I went for a glass of wine and stayed for dinner...all very good... all in all it was perfect!"

"Got this reservation through Expedia. The hotel shuttle was unavailable when we got to Orlando. Couldn’t get people to answer the phone or give information. Ended up getting a different hotel room. Total waste of money"

"The only off putting thing is that they’re pumping techno music into all public spaces 24/7. It makes it impossible to enjoy a quiet moment reading outside or at the pool , or be able to eat dinner in peace. Very poor decision by upper management to do this."

"On a Thursday evening around 9pm I waited in a line with two people in front of me and two behind, while Sebastian did his best. They need a second night desk attendant. The pillows are lackluster. The liners were in the trashcans, but we had to line them ourselves, but everywhere you looked was a qr code to tip. Why am I tipping you when I’m lining my own trash cans? We chose this location for the proximity and complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was subpar. We recently have stayed at Drury, they have a much better breakfast. Oh and ten dollars to park? What a joke. There are lots of hotels in our area. We wouldn’t recommend this to family or friends. We stayed because our ac was out. "

"Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos por el personal de mantenimiento especialmente por la joven Marisol del turno de 3 a 11pm, además de las personas del desayuno especialmente por Orlandi Reyes, Yeksys Herrera y Daniela Gil. Estas personas fueron más allá de sus deberes y fueron muy atentas con mi familia. Lamentablemente el joven Alec del front desk desde el día que llegamos no tuvo muy buena cara con mi familia y su atención fue pésima. Deberían tener personas más atentas recibiendo los huéspedes."

"Certainly not as advertised - details as follows:- House was dirty. Not untidy - actually dirty (pics attached).- ants all over the kitchen counter upon arrival- No broom; no dishcloths; no cleaning supplies. 6 of us stayed in the house for 10 days........it would be nice to sweep and clean after ourselves.- Windows were rotten (pics attached).- Pillows and blankets could go in the garbage and were not as pictured as ad showed. They are about 30 years old and the king bed where my parents slept there was a hole in the sheets.- no garbage bags.- We cooked and not only were there no dish cloths, but nothing to clean a pot or pan.- Alarm to sliding door was off upon our arrival.- Ad stated "plenty of towels".......the house sleeps 8 and there were not 8 towels. We all had to share.- BBQ was absolutely gross. I would not cook on it.- I almost killed myself when i sat on the plastic chair outside - all 4 are broken RIDICULOUS.- Laundry basket broken- Upstairs shower and sink do not drain. Trying to shower and had to stand in a pool of water.I don't mind a dated home. But I draw the line at dirty and broken.When we stay somewhere we like to keep it clean and treat it like our own but this house was not clean to begin with. It was gross. I sat on the couch and there was dirt all in the cushions; dirty windows; dust all over the floor; stove top dirty - I could go on."
