The breakfast area was not staffed. No silverware or cups, had to request. Garbage cans overflowing. Tables not clean. no cream cheese for bagels. No yogurt. Orange juice tasted like flavored water. Bed uncomfortable.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. My only criticism is that with the pool being indoors, it does not heat up from the sun, and it is not heated. As a result the pool is cold and we couldn't relax in it as a result. It was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. The breakfast was the best one I have had in a hotel to date. Would definitely stay again.

Employee could not make key cards (understand bc of power outages). But had to wait for the only employee to use fob to get us in and out. Very inconvenient. First room we were taken to smelled like smoke. Very strong and employee agreed. He had to go back down to assign another room and wait again to come back up. He was very kind though. Great hotel…nice and clean.

We had to wait a long time to check in, because there wasn't anyone at the desk. No one should have to pay for parking in a hotel of this price range.

Great hotel
We had a lovely family trip. Our room was spacious and clean with two queen beds and sofa. It was perfect for our little family (my husband and I and three kids). We really enjoyed the indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. We will be back for future trips!
