Whether you’re in town for an extended stay or looking for a weekend getaway, this newly updated Guest House is the perfect fit. Located next to Bandshell Park and within 1 mile of downtown Spam Museum and Mayo, this space is close to lots of places Austin has to offer. Inside you will find all the modern amenities that make a place comfortable including a queen size adjustable bed, large screen smart TV, WiFi, washer dryer and more. The kitchen has a Keurig and all the things needed to cook a full meal. You’ll have your own driveway leading to a small garage tucked under the house that is great for keeping bikes, motorcycle, snowmobile etc. Pet friendly and short walk down the bike path to the dog park.

This is a cozy small apartment behind the owner’s home. It was clean and comfortable. There is a private driveway and it’s easy to come and go on your own. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting in Austin.

Cute little apartment
I stayed a little over a month and it was wonderful. Location is close to I-90 and the downtown area of Austin. Hosts live in the main house, I never had an issue but if I had had one, they are close by. The hosts are fantastic and friendly.
