Walden Haus is the perfect vacation spot with year-round activities at your doorstep and the comforts of home. This pet-friendly, up-north cabin is located on Wynne Lake and across the road from the Giants Ridge Ski & Golf Resort. Take in all that Giants Ridge, the Iron Range, and the Arrowhead region have to offer.

WALDEN HAUS AMENITIES:
• 4 bedrooms on 3 levels, master with king, guest room with queen, loft with 3 twins, and a lower-level sleeping space with a log bunkbed - double on bottom and twin on top
• Sleeps 10 comfortably with option for premium queen air mattress/ extra bedding for additional guests (max 12)
• 3 bathrooms, one on each level (bathtub on main level and loft) with premium shampoo/conditioner/soaps
• Great room with gas fireplace, smart TV, acoustic guitar, and beautiful views
• Dining table seats 7, with direct access to additional outdoor seating on the deck
• Well-stocked kitchen including crockpot, blender, rice cooker, popcorn air popper, dinnerware for 12

RESORT AMENITIES:
Staying at Walden Haus gives you access to all the amenities of the Villas at Giants Ridge, including a seasonal heated outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis/pickle ball court, Basketball hoop, fire pit, swimming beach, playground, docks for your boat (first come/first serve), and walking paths. Guests may rent additional non-motorized watercraft from the Welcome Center. Scheduled to open Fall of 2025 is the new Giants Ridge Pool and Sauna House near the Villas, which will be available to the public.

Both provide food establishments and other essential amenities for your stay. Less than 20 miles away is the City of Virginia where you will find franchise restaurants and big box retail, such as Menards, Target, Walgreens, and Aldi. Brief Stay

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. This was by far the best stocked rental home we have stayed in. It is clean, has comfortable beds, is big enough for everyone to have their own space and it was well stocked with everything you needed to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The host is very kind and helpful! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
