"The room being small and the view from the room not very nice (dirty roof). Also, the air conditioning was weak and the room very hot although it wasn't hot outside. I opened the window but the room was still hot. The buffet for breakfast was nice. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and professional. "
"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"Excellent receptionist who was very friendly and welcoming. She explained everything very clearly, including the attended swimming pool opening hours, and we can't praise her enough. We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. "Great choice near the airport if you need a lot of space. We booked a one bedroom apartment, and had plenty of room to spread out and go through all of our bags.
Our flight arrived late at night and we decided to pick up the rental car in the morning. You can easily walk to the rental counter at the airport from this hotel along well paved sidewalks and pick up your rental car. Ask the front desk or Google maps for directions. Saves on an over-priced taxi. Several restraunts nearby.
Only issue is people tend to congregate and smoke outside the door and you can hear them talking and talking... late into the night. Had to call the front desk a couple of times to ask them to tell guests to be quiet. Try not to get a room above the entrance. "
