"We were transferred to this hotel by Expedia when a problem occurred with our previous hotel in the local area. When we arrived at Les Manoirs, we were highly impressed by every aspect of the establishment. The staff were charming and professional. Our apartment was outstanding and spotless. The food in the restaurant was not cheap but it reflected the impressive quality and presentation of the meals. "When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"

"This was a perfect stopover hotel. It was well located, easy to find, quiet, clean and comfortable. There were some restaurants within walking distance and I had my dog with me. They were very welcoming. I would stay here again."

"From arrival to departure, the experience was excellent. The hosts gave us a a lovely warm welcome and the room was exceptional! The modern fresh rooms were immaculate and included so many cute additions (fresh fruit, pastries & lavender). Will certainly be coming back and highly recommend for all travellers! "

"Very nice and convenient stopover hotel. It may feel slightly tired at first glance, but rooms are practical and clean. Bathroom is small but well designed for the space. Water pressure in the shower is adequate, Front-desk service is excellent and swift; we arrived late in the evening with several suitcases, and we were immediately offered a ground floor room instead of our originally assigned room on a higher floor to accommodate us (without us even asking) which was extremely thoughtful. There is a wide parking area at the front of the hotel (shared with a restaurant next door) and the hotel is close to Bernay town centre which has plenty of food outlets and retail shops. We have rarely seen this level of service for the price of the room and can only encourage other travellers to use it."

"Easy walk from the train station. Elevator! Comfortable room and bed. The staff were super-friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionists changed my life by telling me how to get an inexpensive yeSim card so I’d have cellular service everywhere. (US travelers: Verizon service stinks in France.) Bonus: Discounts at some of the excellent nearby restaurants. On Saturdays the center of town, including the hotel, is inaccessible by car due to a lively street market."

"Delightful room to stay overnight to explore this postcard-picture village. Cramped bathroom and poorly ventilated shower room only slightly diminished the quality of the place which is right at the end of the pretty village street. Claire herself is delightful and breakfast was very nice. "

"A lovely, family friendly holiday site. Very much set up with children in mind. The huge indoor playground was a favourite of my three year old and my older child loved the swimming pools - including the fast flowing water in one of the outdoor pools! We have stayed at several P&V sites across Normandy, this is definitely our favourite so far, the key difference was all of the extra facilities (including shop & restaurant) and activities! On one of the weekdays they held a kids party with bouncy castles, face painting and games which was really enjoyable! As my children aren’t french speakers we decided not to use the kids clubs but they looked very popular!! The only downside is that you do need to use the car if you plan to travel anywhere off site. "
