Surpreendeu!

Hotel me surpreendeu. A cidade é típica de interior, e o hotel consegue aliar o pitoresco do lugar e ter um excelente conforto. Como está em área de muita natureza, é natural ter certos animais, tipo insetos. Mas nada que seja inconveniente, faz parte. Levamos repelente e ficamos de boa. Quarto limpo e rústico, amei! Água limpa, ar condicionado perfeito.Lençóis e toalhas limpos e macios. Café da manhã muito variado. E a decoração da sala de café show!! Só não pudemos usar o restaurante pois a cozinheira estava afastada por saúde. Mas o delivery foi ótimo de noite. Só tenho elogios ao hotel e funcionários. Ótimo custo benefício.

Hotel muito simpático e propões a contemplação da natureza.. O café da manhã é excelente. A rusticidade e alguns improvisos trás alguns de desconfortos dos móveis do quarto e na área do restaurante.

Hotel tem muito potencial, mas...

O hotel fica numa área verde super bonita, com excelentes espaços ao ar livre pra caminhada, atividades, lazer... Infelizmente o serviço deixa a desejar, no café da manhã ninguém do hotel pra ajudar, apenas os alimentos servidos ali com a louça. Itens que tinham acabado com reposição muito lenta, e sinceramente esperava mais de um café na fazenda. A cozinha funciona com muitas restrições de horário pra fazer o pedido e notadamente percebemos muitos itens que estavam no cardápio e não estavam disponíveis. O quarto que ficamos tinha um bom espaço, mas não conta com frigobar e nem água quente. A Tv funcionou de forma precária, apenas sinal gratuito e imagem muito ruim. A porta do banheiro fazia um barulho estridente nível cinco, o que incomodava muito as outras pessoas do quarto. Banheiro de tamanho razoável, porém sentimos falta de condições melhores pra colocar itens como shampoo, toalha de banho, etc. As camas não eram muito confortáveis, assim como os travesseiros. Toalhas e lençóis regulares. Ficamos duas diárias, não houve serviço de limpeza no quarto, então não tenho como avaliar. Na entrada o quarto tinha limpeza a desejar é um cheiro de trancado, umidade.

Propaganda Enganosa

O único ponto positivo foi o café da manhã que é melhor do que muitos hotéis em grandes centros do Brasil. Os problemas já começaram no check-in quando de forma constrangedora fui cobrado pela funcionária Janaína pelo pagamento das diárias, o que eu já tinha pago no app da Hoteis.com quando efetuei a reserva. Tive que mostrar o e-mail constatando o fato e mesmo assim ela ficou desconfiada. Como cheguei ao hotel meia hora antes, ela disse que o quarto ainda estava sendo arrumado. Quando retornei ao hotel (à noite), o quarto descrito no site não condizia com o local. Resultado: tivemos que nos hospedar em outro quarto. Na primeira noite eu e minha esposa mal dormimos pelo ar condicionado fraco e muitos mosquitos (sabe Deus se não eram da Dengue). No café da manhã tivemos de aturar hóspedes barulhentos e que não houve atitude do hotel para resolver o fato. Na segunda noite, além dos problemas da primeira, ainda teve um grupo de hóspedes que chegou às 2h da manhã fazendo a maior algazarra no hotel e ninguém fez nada para resolver. Resultado: nova noite mal dormida. Por todas estas situações não me restou outra saída a não ser cancelar a última diária e voltar para casa. O fim de semana romântico com minha esposa foi pro brejo. E quando conversei com o gerente Hueidi ele apenas me disse que não poderia fazer nada se os hóspedes não tinham educação. Ou seja, hotel sem gestão e que os hóspedes se resolvam na bala, na faca, sei lá.
