"Great location after a long drive through Smokey conditions. Front desk staff was great. Property in need of repairs and upgrades inside and outside of the building in order to justify the high room rate along with Sandman’s value and reputation."

"From the outside, it's just your typical 2 floor motel. Rooms are definitely not of your old motel variety. Quite modern, comfortable bed and surprisingly, a 55" tv with Telus Optik. This alone beats 90% of hotels and motels. The U shape of it means parking is in the courtyard and it is indeed tight and limited. For a night or two, well worth staying here."

"Great place to stay! Quiet and close to multiple lakes for paddle boarding. We had a quiet and comfortable stay. The caboose was very clean and organized. Very cool idea having the caboose! Our host answered all our questions in a very quick and timely manor. Definitely will stay here again! Thanks"

"a very enjoyable stay, everything was great, with one exception, that being the water. everything stated in description was spot on. taking a shower was disappointing, and one had to use bottled water for coffee, tea etc. overall a lovely stay."
