This noble penthouse apartment is currently being refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with great facilities, a large roof terrace and can accommodate 8 guests.
The elevator takes you directly from the underground parking garage to the apartment.
A 120 square meter penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen awaits you.
Start your day right with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this penthouse: the roof terrace with an exclusive jacuzzi (The Whirlpool is out of service), spacious seating areas for 8 people, barbecue, hammock chair and great views included.
All bedrooms have comfortable 1.60m queen-size beds, one is equipped with two beds and a smart TV.
In the living room you`ll find a large dining area for 8 people and a comfortable seating area with two sofas, armchair, large smart TV and surround system.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, water dispenser, dishwasher and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals.
Both bathrooms are equipped with showers, one has an additional bathtub and the penthouse comes with a washing machine and dryer as well.
Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.
We provide quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea as well as a small care kit also await you.
Additional services:
- late Check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at additional cost
- Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an extra charge
The Weber grill must be cleaned by our guests after use - all relevant equipment is available.
If the grill is not being cleaned, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 50 €.
A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer super Lage. Der Check-In verlief problemlos. Es gibt einige Mängel, die man erst auf dem 2. Blick sieht wie zb. abfallende Schrankgriffe/Leiste. Ansonsten war es sehr sauber.

Grundsätzlich sieht das Appartment so aus, wie auf den Bildern. DOCH: ich bin absoult GAR NICHT zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und dem SUPPORT!!Die GRÜNDE:Der Check-In Prozess ist schon nicht ganz so einfach. Und dann war KEIN SCHLÜSSEL in der Schlüsselbox, sodass wir nicht in die Wohnung kamen. Alle angegebenen Nummern, liefen ins Leere. Nach 30 Min googlen, fand ich eine Servicenummer. Nach über einer Stunde kam dann endlich eine Person (die übrigens keinen Plan von all dem hatte) und gab mir den Schlüssel. Einige Jalousien funktionieren nicht. Da wir 33 Grad hatten, konnte auch die seeehr kleine Klimaanlage NICHTS ausrichten. Die Klobrille wackelte in einem der Bäder.An der Duschhalterung war von Anfang an etwas abgebrochen.Der erste Griff in der Küche zur Schranktür und schon den Griff in der Hand. Das ist ein Beispiel für den Zustand der Wohnung. Viele Möbel sind über all kaputt, haben Macken, Wackeln oder sind zerbrochen. Auch auf der Terrasse gab es in den Holzdielen ein Loch, wo sich eine Person ziemlich weh getan hat.3 Personen hatten nach dem Laufen auf der Terrasse Splitter in den Füßen!Der Pool war defekt!!Ich habe alles sofort an den Vermieter weitergegeben. Doch es kam nur einen automatische Meldung! KEINE HILFE!Dann wurden wir noch von den Nachbarn stark beschimpft. Grund: Wir klingelten einmal bei den Nachbarn, denn es gibt nur einen Schlüssel für 6 Personen & die Klingelt funktioniert nicht!
Es wurde ein Whirlpool versprochen. Und was wir hatten: KEIN POOL!! Denn dieser war defekt und hat immer eine Fehlermeldung ausgegeben. Er wurde demnach nicht warm. Und niemand setzt sich entspannt in 20 Grad kaltes Wasser! Und er war sehr dreckig!
Als wir ankamen, war die Spülmaschine noch voll und total verschimmelt!!
Kaputte Möbel von Anfang an.

Es war in der Wohnung der Whirlpool defekt und auch in der Wohnung einige Mängel auf den 2. Blick, ansonsten Lage war für uns perfekt, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt aber großer Minuspunkt Whirlpool kaputt und Hilfe gab es nicht.
