"Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done! "

"“You pay what you get” the room is ok and enough space to walk around. Washroom amenities are basic and doable. The carpet looked old and dirty, the bonus is the elevator and walking distance to the Santuary of our Lady of Lourdes. One can walk around the surrounding area on foot. Staffs are great, very accommodating to one request. Would recommend this hotel and I would stay again at this hotel."

"The property is really close to the Basilica entrance, even with me pushing a wheelchair it was easy. Staff at the reception especially during the day time is helpful. Gil from the restaurant was also friendly and helpful."
