  • Seeking a place in Auckland`s CBD? Look no further than this stylishly designed apartment located right across from the iconic Sky Tower. Situated within walking distance to Queen Street and various restaurants. Enjoy the convenience of a fully functional kitchen and laundry, an open-plan dining and living area with a balcony, and large floor-to-ceiling double glazed sliding doors offering stunning city views. Everything you need for a comfortable stay awaits you here.

    Welcome to this fabulous designed spacious apartment, two bedroom with two bathroom, open space living and dining area with a city view balcony, enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of New Zealand fine wine in the afternoon, chill and relax.

    Our apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electrical stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.

    In the living and dining area, floor to ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax. There are a ​comfortable 3-seater sofa, 50 inches smart TV and Freeview channels. Dining table with chairs.

    There is a walk-in shower, washing machine, and laundry detergent in the bathroom.

    Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves.

    The Committee is project managing the new roof work. The program will run for about 10 weeks until mid-July. They have asked that all residents do not use the balconies. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused!

Central Auckland

Booked this condo so we could experience Auckland for a few days. Location was in the heart of the action so we had everything we needed within walking distance. The stop for the hop on hop off bus was mere steps away so using that for transportation we got to see almost the entirety of the city. Safe, secure, quiet with great beds and a nice kitchen. It had everything we needed including a very responsive host.

Fabulous Auckland Location!!

This was a great and super easy place to stay. Walkable to tons of restaurants, shops and the Auckland waterfront, and the apartment itself had everything we could possibly need. Owner is very responsive as well!!

Great location, we were there for a concert. Parking is the only issue, would be 5 stars if a parking allocation was provided. 110 for overnight parking is horrendous. Overall the place is getting a bit tired but suited us for what we needed. Would stay again if better parking.

We had difficulty connecting with the host before and during our stay. Amenities were missing, such as dishwasher soap and toilet paper. The apartment is centrally located and the bed is comfortable. Love the water pressure in the shower.

The condo was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. The bathrooms were small and dated but the showers had wonderful water pressure. It was nice to have the washer and dryer in the unit. The street noise carried so at times it was very loud especially in the bedrooms. Also, We were disappointed that there were several burned out light bulbs. My husband had to rearrange some bulbs so he had light in his bathroom.

Just a few things like no luggage racks - we had our cases on the floor, no bedside lamps which was really inconvenient. Only 1 bedside table. And I think the house and furniture could do with an update perhaps

Disliked: Communication
It's fine to stay in downtown/CBD Auckland. The pictures aren't inaccurate, but it was much more dated than expected. It's within convenient walking distance to almost anything you could think of. The windows are so thin that you can hear everything happening on the street all night. There are no kitchen amenities in the apartment so you will need to furnish everything down to salt and pepper and trash bags. The washer and dryer works very efficiently.
