Tranquil Haven in Ponsonby by Zodiak Stays

  • Our tranquil home is perfectly situated for both business or pleasure travelers and is equipped with all the necessities you may need! This character villa will be a great choice for your stay with a fully-equipped kitchen, Smart TV, and super comfy 1 king and 1 queen bed.



    Here at Zodiak Stays, we provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.



    We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

    - Free WiFi - Super fast and unlimited!

    - Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper

    - Shampoo, body wash and conditioner



    There are two bedrooms, one with King and the other with Queen sized bed.



    The main room of the property has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with outdoor table and chairs great for a cup of coffee in the morning.



    There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in the kitchen storage room.

Feels like renting someone's grandma's home, good and bad. Beds comfy, quiet street, renovated bathroom, ample livingroom space. But, kitchen is outdated, cupboards falling apart, and an ant problem. Dont't try to get help from them: they send you to an AI agent. Also, and most importantly, they will not have the room air conditioned/heated, nor will they have a functionning fridge upon your arrival, even though you tell them the hour of arrival. It only seems to serve them to charge early/late checkout fees. They advertise this nowhere, hiding under a supposed self check in procedure "for our guests' preferences" after the fact. Be aware, we lost groceries, had a cold house the first night, and they only gave us the run around with an AI agent, which offered us a 2 hour later check out which was useless to us.
