A great find!

Brilliant location, easy to access although parking was an issue, we used Sky city as it was more secure. Good sized room with ranch slider for ventilation as well as Hotel aircon. Very good communication, recommended for a central city stay.

Great host, perfect location. Comfortable stay in any way. Host accommodated the late checkout. Communication was perfect. Loved the pool with salted water. It was perfect for lap swimming and so much better than any regular pool you’d see in a hotel. Nice little micro balcony to get the fresh air from n.

Staying here was brilliant. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything I needed. A couple of patches of the carpet are a little worn but who cares. I'm not sleeping on the floor! The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of towels and an excellent shower. Free access to the hotel gym and pool was an added bonus. The hotel was quiet yet very centrally located. There were plenty of parking options nearby which made having a car fairly stress free. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about this apartment, I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay here again.

Compared with whats on offer for similar rooms in Auckland, this is a good value for money room. It is right in Queen Street with everything at your footstep. Hotel facilities were good. The only issues with the room was the poor TV reception at times but also the absence of a bottle opener, but I wouldn't let this be a dampener because these can be easily fixed. i don't think it should deter anyone from staying in this room, especially if you are spending time exploring Auckland and surrounds.

Location was great and the price was pretty good. The shower head didnt work properly and the glassware was pretty dirty so didnt use these. The hand soap was also empty so ended up using the dishwash soap for my hands.

Location is EXCELLENT and property is exactly as described. Room is spacious. Very fast wifi. Lots of toiletries. Kitchenette is fine for a short stay (toaster, electric jug, microwave and bar fridge, plus more than enough crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.). Front desk staff are lovely and very helpful. Communication with a lovely lady (Cath) prior to arrival was terrific and she met me on arrival. Pool and gym were an added bonus and room rate was very, very reasonable for such a centrally located hotel. As a single female traveller, I felt very safe staying here. I'd definitely recommend this property and will be staying again.

It was a room in a hotel but not run by the hotel. The room itself was as pictured, but it was on a floor of the hotel that was under renovation. I expected that i could check-in at the hotel, but a third party handled the key exchange
