Spacious Waiheke retreat, walk to beach
- The property sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, split between the main house and a separate annex. Both buildings are included in every stay.
Oneroa Village is approximately a 5-minute walk away, with nearby beaches, Cable Bay and Mudbrick also within walking distance.
Main house:
• Bedroom 1: queen bed
• Bedroom 2: two king-single beds
• Bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower
• Separate toilet with a hand basin
Annex:
• Bedroom 3: queen bed and a desk with two chairs
• Bedroom 4: two sets of king-single bunks, sleeping four
• Bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity
All bedrooms have double blinds.
The main house has a kitchen with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine. The adjoining dining table seats 10, and the lounge has two couches and a 65-inch Samsung smart TV.
The back deck has a 10-seater dining table, Weber BBQ, outdoor couch and bean bags. There is another table on the front deck, along with gardens and lawn space. Giant Jenga, bean bag toss and other indoor and outdoor games are provided.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels are included. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.
Guest access
Guests have private use of the main house, annex, decks, garden and laundry. The annex is included in every booking.
Check-in is self chek-in from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

Other details to note
Two bedrooms are in the main house and two are in the separate annex, connected by a covered outdoor walkway.
The fireplace is not available for guest use.
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children.
