Pinehill Extra-Large 8 Bedrooms House

  • PARTY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THIS HOUSE.

    A XL size house with 8 sapcious bedrooms and 3 livings.
    Relax with the whole family/group at this peaceful place to stay.

    - Super spacious 360sq meters.

    - Convenient transportation — just a 1 km drive to access State Highway 1.

    - 3 km to Westfield Albany shopping center with supermarket, restaurants, cafes and stores.

    - 3 km to Bay area&Beach.

    - Double garage, plus 4 private parkings at front yard.

    - Fully Fenced backyard with large patio.

    Our house is perfect for large families or groups.

    But NOT for party or noise gathering. NO PARTY ALLOWED.

    We have prepared basic living items in the house, including: radiators, blankets, bedding, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, enough pots, cutlery, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, rubbish bag,iron,ironing board,hair dryer, etc....

    8-bedroom layout is reasonable, everyone in big group will get her/his private space.

    3.5 bathrooms, one of them is ensuite.

Property was large and generally clean. The property furnishings and layout, varies greatly from the images, which look like they have been taken from a prior property sale campaign. We paid more for this property vs other larger homes to have more homely and luxurious furnishings, and we arrived to find very basic settings. Almost all rooms set up with multiple, uncomfortable bedding better suited to a sports team or similar. An example is the master in the photo had one large bed where in reality there were 3 beds + another trundle. One bedroom only had sheer curtains making it basically unsuitable for sleeping for the average person. For an 8 bedroom place, its below expectations to have no beds larger than a double (no queen or king in any room) in order to cram as many beds as possible really. Functionally the place worked, however as we had booked for a family to spend time together following a bereavement it was not in line with expectations or pricing.
