This home has great potential if the owners update it, clean it, and provide some basic amenities. The view is awesome, having aircon was great, newish washer and dryer great once the dryer error was figured out on my own, parking in garage felt safe and easy to access our car. However, this home's listing pictures made it seem updated and more like a retreat when in actuality it was very dated, dirty (old carpet and furniture were worn, stained, master bed didn't even have a bedframe). The exterior was filled with so many spiders and webs that it was impossible to safely walk thru exterior doors and the "nice" view was hindered by so many spider webs around many windows (not to mention the yard was not maintained and decks not pressure washed). There were so many spiders/webs that the owner had to be contacted and thankfully sent a cleaner to remove them all. But many other things were lacking - kitchen supplies are basic (small drinking glasses only... you'll need to refill your drink several times during 1 meal), no mixing or serving bowls, no measuring spoons, only 1 pot, 2 food prep knives were blunt and stained/rusted. No shelving inside master shower, flimsy extra single beds (1 easily broke during out stay obviously poor quality and mattress supports already bent before our stay) that only had 3-4" foam mattress pads, not regular mattresses. Master king bed not a King and only had single size sheet & comforter. Owner responsive until the dryer issue, then ghosted me.
