The Vincent is a luxury apartment complex promoting artistic and sustainable living in the heart of Auckland CBD.



Stunning studio located on a tree-lined street adjacent to Queen Street. It is a building with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym facility.This is a nice place for small families, couples, solo mates, business trip travellers, and educational trip travellers.



Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. There is everything you need to cook a fabulous dinner, including a toaster, kettle, electric stove, cookware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and dinnerware.



A floor-to-ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine and a balcony to chill and relax in the living and dining areas. There is a comfortable 2-seater sofa, a 43-inch smart TV with Freeview channels, free unlimited fibre Wifi and a dining table with chairs.



Deluxe comfortable bed. Each apartment has high-quality, hotel-standard linens, towels, and blankets. We also prepare an iron and ironing board/steamer iron and cloth hangers for the guests.



The bathroom has bath towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer. Guest amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There are also a private in-unit washing machine and dryer.



We have a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishes, mugs, wine glasses, and everything you need to cook a meal. We also prepare tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil.



A portable air conditioner is provided in the apartment.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and can access the in-building pool, gym, and sauna on level 1.

Vincent street is a tranquil and peaceful tree-lined street, but also close to the centre, the SKytower, Queen Street and the famous K Road (with plenty of artistic and unique restaurants, cafes, and bars.



The apartment​ is minutes away from the Skytower, Queen Street, Britomart, Waterfront, and Univerisity of Auckland. A mix of culture, art, and fashion, from experimental designer boutiques to galleries, is within walking distance.

The apartment is in the Auckland city centre. Therefore, walking will be the easiest way and most cost-efficient way to get around.

There are several parking options available near the apartment:



**1. On-site Parking – $25 per day**



We have a limited number of on-site parking spaces available for rent within the apartment building.



Spaces are limited and subject to availability, so advance booking is required. Please contact us if you would like to reserve a space.



**2. Street Parking**



Paid street parking is available around Vincent Street and the surrounding Auckland CBD area.



Parking rates vary depending on the parking zone, day and time. Please check the street parking signs or the **AT Park app** for the exact rate before parking.



As a general guide, nearby Auckland CBD street parking may cost approximately:



• Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm: from **$5 per hour for the first 2 hours**, with higher rates for longer stays

• Weekends & public holidays: from **$3.50 per hour for the first 2 hours**



Please always follow the parking signs displayed at your parking space, as rates and restrictions may vary.



**3. Wilson Parking – 89 Greys Avenue**

Approximately 3 minutes' walk from the apartment.



• ParkMate: **$14 for up to 12 hours**

• Pay at machine: **$21 for up to 12 hours**

• Overnight parking: from **$12 via ParkMate**

• Open 24 hours, 7 days



Rates may vary during special events. We recommend checking the ParkMate app before parking.



**4. Civic Car Park – 299 Queen Street**

Approximately 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Vehicle access is from Greys Avenue or Mayoral Drive.



Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm:

• $6 per hour

• Maximum **$25 for 5+ hours**



Evening after 6pm:

• **$13 flat rate**



Weekends & public holidays:

• $3 per hour

• Maximum **$13 for 5+ hours**



Payment is available at the car park machines or via the AT Park app.



**5. Grand Millennium Auckland Parking – 71 Mayoral Drive**

Approximately 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.



Public parking may be available through the **Parkable app**, subject to availability. As parking rates can change, please check the Parkable app for the current hourly and daily rates before parking.



Parking rates provided above are a guide only and may be changed by the parking operators without notice. Please always check the displayed rates or parking app before entering.





Please kindly note that this is not a brand-new property. While we always do our best to maintain and present it in the best possible condition, some normal signs of use may be visible from time to time, such as minor marks, small scratches on small area of the walls. These are normal wear and tear and do not affect the comfort, safety, or functionality of the stay. We appreciate your understanding.

The swimming pool, sauna, gym, elevator and garage gate are managed and maintained by the building management and body corporate. If any shared facility becomes temporarily unavailable during your stay due to maintenance, repairs etc, this is outside of our control and we are unable to guarantee continuous access or take responsibility. Those situations are very rare, but we would still like guests to be awared of in advance.

The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
