Great location by the Beach on North Shore
House located couple of houses from Rothesay Bay beach and 10 min walking distance to Browns Bay Village where there are plenty of Cafes, Bars and Restaurants and another kid friendly beach.
House is in two level with a garage, living area, bathroom/laundry and a bedroom downstairs, a bit self contained.
Upstairs there are another 3 bedrooms and an open kitchen, dinning and living area out to a large deck with a BBQ and some Seaview.
On North Shore there are heaps to see and do nearby
Browns Bay village is just 10 min walk down the track.
There are heaps of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, hairdressers, Gym, clothes shops etc.
Every Sunday there is a Sunday Market In Browns Bay with a great atmosphere and a two lovely kids friendly beaches just down the road for a swim and relax.
There is a bus stop taking you to Auckland central or up to the nearby Albany Mall.
Heaps to do on North Shore like Bush walks, Vineyards, Swimming, Windsurfing, Golf, Biking, Tennis, Shopping and lots of nice beaches with exiting birdlife and black sand.
