Disliked: Communication
Was charged 150 for a hole put in the wall, which did not happen. I asked for proof and got a generic photo of a hole in a wall, no surrounding furniture to be sure it was the accommodation stayed in. Followed up a week later for more photos and the threat to go direct to bookabach and only then told they got the room wrong and hole wasnt where we stayed. Still awaiting the refund of my money.

The accommodation is well situated in the city but is very neglected - several broken items, quite dirty too.
