Nothing unique about this place poor hygiene and musty smells. Bed bugs on pillow and sheets, stains. I would be never go there ever again.

This place was a huge dissapointment. I know you get what you pay for but this was pants even for a budget hostel. The rooms are set out like university halls of residence with different flats. Each flat has a kitchen bathroom and shower and you share with the people staying in the other rooms. There are extra showers and toliets on each floor though. Our flat just smelt soo bad, after we left all our stuff smelt like the hostel despite us doing washing while we was their. It seemed thate everyone else in our flat was living their long term which made using the kitchen a bit awkward. Someone left a pair of rolled up boxers in the shower. The room was freezing, but the lady at reception did go out of her way to find us a heater but thats probably the only good thing i can say about he place. The washing mashined didnt wash our clothes properly and left detergent all over our clothes and the dryer didnt dry it properly either. The communal areas in the flat are cleaned as i saw the cleaner in their but we was their for 2 nights and the same pile of hair was in the bathroom the whole time we was their. The whole experience was just pretty grim.

Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville, facilement accessible depuis la navette de l’aéroport Skybus. Il était aussi facile de laisser son bagage avant ou après son séjour dans un local barré. Toutefois, il n’y avait pas de casiers dans les chambres, la propreté laissait un peu à désirer, il y avait seulement 2 douches et une toilette par étage de dortoirs (mais d’autres étaient disponibles dans la cage d’escalier. Par contre, le rapport qualité prix était correct et l’auberge adéquate pour un court séjour sans grandes attentes.

I had a very comfortalbe and clean room and an ajoining shared kitchen which was less than hygienic but fault of customers who left their dirty dishes. Staff were there first thing in the morning to clean. Very reasonabely priced

予約してた女性限定の部屋ではなくミックスの部屋に案内されたので、ブッキングした部屋と違うと話しても対応はしてくれず仕方なくその部屋に泊まりました。またオークランドに行くので、すでに同じ部屋を予約してあるけどもう行きたくないです。

今までで最低

部屋の換気がされておらず、ベットは臭い。ベットに南京虫がいたようで南京虫に刺されまくった。ルームキーはまともに作動せず、フロントを行き来したがエレベーターは動作が遅く四階を階段で何度も往復した。スタッフはそれらに悪びれる様子もない上に改善する気もない模様。 冷蔵庫も明らかに少ない上不潔。安さは魅力だが明らかに最低レベルすらもカバーできていない。
