This magnificent two-bedroom corner apartment on the Viaduct makes the perfect base for a stay in the Auckland CBD. Equipped with free Wi-fi, a fully functioning kitchen and a Smart TV, this apartment provides all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable. A generous master bedroom with ensuite is accompanied by a smaller single bedroom and study making it ideal for a family of 3 or for 3 travellers. The Viaduct Harbour is synonymous with the best and liveliest of Auckland’s nightlife. Perched right on the waterfront, its collection of vibrant bars, and award-winning restaurants are immensely popular with both locals and tourists alike. During the day, it is common to see people taking a stroll, sampling some delicious gelato, or enjoying a long lunch overlooking the water – watching the world go by. At night the entire area comes alive with entertainment and events.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

Amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was spectacular: looking out at the harbor, close to many restaurants, great walking area, close to shopping. The only downside for us (family) was the nightlife/bars around that were loudish. Earplugs worked great, kids slept through most of it. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful views

Gorgeous view of the harbor, in the thick of things. Parking was through a public garage, but it was just across the street and very easy once we found it. It is a small apartment, but big enough for 3 adults. Easy to walk around CBD. Noisy on weekend nights bc it’s in a hopping area, so bring your earplugs for weekend sleep. I would definitely stay here again. Lots of great restaurants.
