Family of 3 stay in Cosy Inner City Loft

Good location-walking distance to city center; close to restaurants and major attractions. Loft arrangement and space is tight. Key pick up is at another location relatively close by - much easier to pick up during sunlight. In summer windows have to be left open as there is no air conditioning in the unit. Noise level from the street on Friday is noisy as the pedestrian street provides an echo into the room. Overall the location outweighs negative experiences and would stay there again.

Terrible.

Roof over the shower was so mouldy it was falling in, cupboards were full of random items and dirty. Bed was awfully uncomfortable. Wifi did not work on 3 of our 4 devices.

Total Disaster

Ceiling in bathroom had partially collapsed and mouldly. Had to find alternative accommodation on the day as this unit was uninhabitable. No refund as yet! Never again.

Great location and that was about it

We arrived on Friday to find the roof in the bathroom covered in mould and caving in. When we addressed this to the hotel they advised me they knew and it was getting fixed after our stay which we should have been advised as we would not of put ourselves at that risk. Not very clean marks on walls found various hair, carpet not vacuumed well, wardrobe full of junk and just thrown in. If we had received a refund we would have stay elsewhere but this was not offered. My friend also woke up with bites all around her ankles thinking possibly fleas or bed bugs.Would not stay here again for sure.

Think twice to book again

It was close to everything, in the middle of the city. There no reception so we need to walk to get the keys with the luggage, the room in clean but the bathroom has the ceiling falling, the lavatory has a leak, and inside the closet was a mess.

This apartment not maintained especially the bath room. Uncomfortable due to limited space for the shower . faucets,flush handle are all broken and the sink was clogged . mirror just sitting on the floor and no hanger for the clothes.

Great Location, but That's About It

Potentially nice experience, but the plasterboard had caved in above the shower (in a large area!) leaving a gaping, dripping hole in the ceiling. Handle falling off faucet. Never should have rented the room in that condition. No amends from staff. Great coffee shop across the street, though.

Cute apartment with great location

Cute apartment, ideal location for getting around the main part of the city and only a short walk to Sky city. Only downfall was WIFI not working, other than that would highly recommend
