Tidy, comfy and convenient

Great set up here. Nice size room, balcony (with sea view) is not huge, but nice. Good location being walking distance to Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyards. Also the main township of Oneroa is convenient to.

Modern place on the beautiful island Waiheke.

A very nice place close to central Oneroa with its beach and many restaurants, and walking distance also to a number of nice wineries. New, modern and with nice view to the bay area and to a beautiful garden. Had forgotten to clean the terrace area and the windows, but all in all we had three very calm and enjoyable days

Nice room, very clean and comfortable. Great location. The property is not staffed, there is no one on site and the contact information listed on EXPEDIA is out of date, so when we had a check in / access issue to be resolved it took a lot if time/effort to get this resolved. Proper and up to date contact information needs to be on file and more timely response so that guest who have paid do not have to spend time or worry about whether or nor they will have access to their room while they are on vacation.

Close to Cable Bay & Mudbrick

This is a fantastic location for travellers without a vehicle. It's a very short walk down to Oneroa, the passenger ferries and a couple of wineries where many weddings take place. Really amazing island.

Although the owner is not on site he was very helpful, the room was lovely, spacious, great view, walking distance to Oneroa, Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards. Delightful private escape!

The apartment is nice but felt like "Church Bay No Escape". We had to walk to Cable Bay Winery (5 min walk) and ask them to call us a taxi. Check out is 11am, a bit early. Only lock box to pick up your key so no staff to help. Some improvements to wifi and phones would help a lot.
