Aqua Sands Studio 1 is a self-contained studio directly across the road from Little Oneroa Beach and within walking distance of Oneroa Village. It has a king bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower, heat pump, sea glimpses, a private covered patio and onsite off-street parking. The studio sits beneath a holiday home beside a second separate studio.



The Space:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is a self-contained studio directly across the road from Little Oneroa Beach.



The open-plan studio combines the sleeping and living areas, with one king bed and a small lounge area. The studio has its own entrance, and doors open directly onto a private covered patio.



A heat pump provides heating in winter and cooling during the warmer months.



A Smart TV is provided for streaming only. There is no free-to-air television, and guests will need to sign in using their own streaming service accounts.



The kitchenette is suitable for preparing breakfasts, snacks and light meals and includes:

• Microwave

• Kettle

• Toaster

• Plates and bowls

• Cutlery

• Drinking glasses

The private covered patio is accessed directly from the studio and provides a sheltered outdoor sitting area. The property has sea glimpses.

Off-street parking is available onsite.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to their private studio and covered patio.



Parking is available on site. Please note that parking for Aqua Sands Studio 1 is at the top of a steep driveway, with room to turn around at the top using a three-point turn.



Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:30 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on bookings either side.



The Neighborhood:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is directly across the road from Little Oneroa Beach.



Oneroa Village is within walking distance and has cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries. Oneroa Beach is also accessible from the village. The walk is uphill to Oneroa Village.



A local dairy is located near Little Oneroa Beach.



Getting Around:

Aqua Sands Studio 1 is close to the local bus route, with a stop near Little Oneroa Dairy. Regular buses connect to Oneroa, Onetangi, and Matiatia Ferry Terminal, making it easy to explore Waiheke without a car.



If you are driving, there is parking at the property. Hire cars, taxis, scooters, and e-bikes are also available on the island.



Other Things to Note:

This is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.



Beach towels are provided at properties with an available pool or spa. Guests staying at properties without a pool or spa will need to bring their own beach towels.

Our team is available 7 days a week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
