  • What we love most about Kings View is the balance of privacy, comfort and convenience. As an end-unit townhouse, it feels quieter and more separate from neighbouring homes. Guests have particularly appreciated the three toilets, which make mornings easier for families and shared stays, as well as the deep, luxurious indoor bathtub - a wonderful place to soak and unwind. The sunny deck and garden offer another relaxing space, while the open-plan kitchen and living area make it easy to spend time together.

    The neighbourhood has a friendly community feel, with Panmure Basin, the yacht club, parks and swimming facilities close by. Sylvia Park offers extensive shopping, dining and entertainment, while nearby trains, buses and motorway connections make exploring Auckland straightforward.

    Hosts: Grace and Kristian live close by and are available to assist if needed while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
